Placing a custom order with Glowy Squad is simple:
- Choose your desired product from our store.
- Enter your custom details (name, age, color, theme, or any special notes) on the product page.
- Place your order.
- Our design team prepares your artwork based on your details.
- Your product is crafted using premium acrylic and precise laser cutting.
Every item is made specially for you, so please double-check spellings and details before placing your order.
What is the delivery time?
Since most of our products are made to order:
- Processing Time: 4–10 working days
- Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (depending on your city)
In total, you can expect your order within 13–15 working days.
During busy seasons or large custom orders, delivery may take slightly longer. We always try our best to deliver on time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
For fully customized or bulk orders, advance payment may be required.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
- Color or size variations that were clearly mentioned in the product description
However, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
- A manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. We will gladly replace or fix the issue.
