• If approved, we will either replace the product or issue a refund using the original payment method.

• Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  This includes items made with names, ages, colors, themes, or any personal details.
• No refund or replacement will be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Minor color or size variations clearly mentioned on the product page
